| PCSD Central Registrar | | The Pittsford Central School District is looking for a Clerk II Central Registrar. The registrar will be responsible for directing district information and records services, including the collecting, maintaining and archiving of student information and records for reporting and compliance. The employee certifies enrollment, pupil accounting, and permanent academic records as required by district policies and procedures. This is a 12-month (260 work days) position; Monday–Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES: (All need not be done in a given position. Other related activities may be performed although not listed). - Coordinate the collection, maintenance, and reporting of student information including building census, demographics, enrollments
- Generates computer reports using available report writer utilities
- Audits and certifies monthly student enrollment activity

| Clerical Substitutes for the 2025-2026 School Year - K-12 Openings | 2025-2026 School Year | The Pittsford Central School District is seeking per diem substitute clerical professionals for the 2025-2026 school year. There is a regular, ongoing need for both half and full-day substitutes. Individuals will provide secretarial support to a building or to the various district offices as dictated by the coverage posting. Typical duties of the counseling secretary may include but not be limited to: - Prepare and formats legal documents, certifications, authorizations, forms, and other related paperwork
- Enter and extract data and information from a database
- Post and maintain moderately difficult records requiring general knowledge of department or agency functions
- Schedule conferences and meetings, ensuring all participants are contacted, while resolving any scheduling conflicts;
- Type materials from copy, rough draft, or other instructions
- Prepare and type correspondence on matters where policy and procedures are well-defined
- Review lists, documents, and applications for completeness and accuracy
- Compile, prepare, type, and review data for completeness and accuracy
- Perform searches for information in documents, records, files, and computer databases
- Maintain databases and filing systems
- Obtain and give out information by telephone, correspondence, or in person
- Operate standard office machines such as a computer, copier, and fax machine
